A quick chicken stir fry recipe that’s loaded with veggies and tastes like good Chinese takeout? Yes!
Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Making a sesame chicken stir fry is a quick and healthy way to serve a dinner filled with veggies. I’m lucky to naturally enjoy the taste of vegetables and anything that’s on the healthier side of the food chart. But just like everyone else, I’ll sometimes go out for fried chicken, rock’n’roll fries, a cheese plate or a chocolate sundae. After all, I come from a small town where eating at Red Lobster was considered high end, so these cravings do come surging up at times.
Whenever I feel like I’ve indulged a little too much and need a good dose of veggies, a quick stir fry will fix the issue! This simple sesame chicken stir fry recipe is tossed in a thick sauce that’s both savory and a little sweet. The flavors are familiar of what you’d get if you ordered from your favorite Chinese restaurant but for a lot less (and a lot healthier!) It’s casual Chinese food perfect for a Netflix evening in on a rainy Friday night. Snap open your chopsticks and dig in!
