Ginger pork and snow pea stir fry is a basic stir fry recipe you can experiment with by substituting the pork for chicken or beef, adding broccoli, sprouts or even vermicelli noodles – this quick dinner recipe is versatile and a crowd pleaser (try mapo tofu, for another very popular dish).
Adding red, yellow or orange bell peppers not only makes the dish healthier, but also appealing to the eye. Make it a habit to add one more vegetable than you usually would to every dish you cook and I guarantee that in time, your skin glow (like this sweet potato salad) and texture will improve and you’ll feel better in general. You might also start craving veggies.. I know I can’t go one meal without them.
