Pickles

Serving pickles as a side to a main dish is very common in Japan, Korea, and other Asian countries. Pickles make a meal interesting and can also be used as a palate cleansers. Some of our favorites are vegan kimchi, pickled watermelon rinds, and pickled daikon.
