Konnyaku Soy Sauce Sake Dashi Stock

Directions:

Cut the konnyaku and place in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze. Take the konnyaku out of the freezer and rinse. Whisk together the soy sauce, sake, and dashi stock, and add it to a small pot. Add the konnyaku and boil until liquid evaporated. Dust the konnyaku with the smoked paprika seasoning and and cook.
