This simple salmon donburi is topped with a homemade teriyaki sauce that is sweet, flavorful, and garlicky. 20 minutes to complete in preparation.
Season the salmon with salt.
Dust the salmon with flour.
Fry the salmon on the skillet for 2 minutes each side.
Add the sauce and cook until the sauce thickens.
Top the cooked rice with the salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seed and serve with ichimi togarashi.
