- Sugar. About 2 tablespoons to enhance the sweetness of the chocolate.
- Honey. 1 tablespoon to enhance the sweetness of the chocolate.
- Cayenne pepper. To add a little heat to the mousse. I love the combination of chocolate and chilis!
- Whipped cream. To make it more decadent but totally optional.

Health Benefits of Tofu
This is a great way to incorporate tofu into your diet if you aren’t too fond of the taste but want the health benefits. It’s a powerful anti-aging food (fights off free radicals) that also strengthens bones and lowers bad cholesterol.
And for those suffering from menopause symptoms, tofu is known to greatly help in reducing them. In fact, most Japanese women will go through the menopausal stage feeling little change.

This was so spicy it was hard to eat!
Hi Delicia, I’m sorry to hear that! Are you sure you put 1/2 tsp and not 1/2 tbsp of cayenne? I make this mousse a lot and I get a teeny bit of heat, but never more.
Now, this is something I really wanna try.
Definitely a healthier option. Love how creamy and smooth it is.
And guilt free, we girls love it! 🙂
