A delicious alternative to the classic Kung Pao Chicken, Kung Pao Cauliflower is just as smoky and satisfying but lower in calories and fat!

Cauliflower Thai Chili Soy Sauce Roasted Peanuts

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Cook cauliflower florets. Stir the sauce and add it to the cauliflower. Add Thai chili, soy sauce, garlic, and peanuts. Garnish with chopped scallions and serve.
