Who needs a barbecue when all you need is a grill pan to add that outdoors smoky flavor to your favorite foods!

I’m in love with my grill pan, it’s one of those purchases I am so glad to have made because it’s changed the way I cook in the kitchen. It adds another layer of flavor to meats, veggies and makes marinated shrimp kebabs so tasty!

Making a shrimp marinade takes no time and is a great way to infuse even more flavor into these little crustaceans.

This Vietnamese style shrimp marinade tastes like summer on a plate and pairs beautifully with sweet peaches and cherry tomatoes.

Healthy and colorful seafood kebabs you can serve with a pickled cucumber and onion salad or baked cauliflower with sriracha Buffalo sauce – so yummy! Or you can use this shrimp marinade with chicken, beef or even as a salad dressing. It’s particularly good with arugula as the peppery leaves marry so well with the citrus and slightly pungent taste of this grilled shrimp marinade.

The options are endless!
