This easy and Creamy Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe is the perfect beverage to perk up a sleepy morning or mid afternoon slump!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice or pure pumpkin pie spice extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup hot espresso coffee (steps below)
  • whipped cream for topping
  • cinnamon powder for topping

Instructions

  1. In a microwavable container, mix milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and sugar. Microwave for 1 1/2 minute, until hot. Whisk until all the ingredients have dissolved.
  2. Put espresso coffee and pumpkin milk mixture in a mug or cup and stir.
  3. Top with 2-3 tablespoons whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon powder. Serve immediately.
