Garlic Fried Rice

Instructions

  1. In a medium size pan over med/high heat, add oil, garlic, onions and a pinch of salt. Fry for a few minutes (about 5) until the onions are tender.
  2. Add rice and powdered chicken stock. Toss the rice until the stock has evenly dissolved. Season with salt, a dash of soy sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Toss well and serve.
