A deliciously sweet and fruity cava cocktail, perfect for the holiday season!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey (optional)
  • 300ml dry cava
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, ginger, and honey in a shaker with some ice and shake well 8 to 10 times.
  2. Pour the mixture through a strainer and into a cup to remove ginger sediment.
  3. Evenly pour the juice mixture into 4 champagne or cocktail glasses.
  4. Top with cava and add a few pomegranate seeds.

Notes

Feel free to use prosecco if you prefer your cocktails to be on the sweeter side.
