Ingredients

- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon 100% pure maple syrup or honey (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie will keep refrigerated for up to 1 day.
