A refreshing boozy treat that’s also a palate cleanser!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 14 oz Cava
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 150 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together into a large measuring cup, then evenly distribute in your Popsicle molds, leaving about 1/4 inch of room at the top. Freeze overnight.

Simple syrup:

  1. Bring 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water to a low simmer and cook for 3 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before using.
