Description

Sweet, bright and peachy, this green tea shot is the perfect whiskey cocktail for your next celebration.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 0.5 ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • 0.5 ounce peach schnapps or other peach liqueur
  • 0.5 ounce Sour mix
  • Splash lemonade or lemon-lime soda such as Sprite

Instructions

  1. Fill shaker with a few ice cubes.
  2. Add whiskey, peach schnapps and sour mix. Close and shake vigorously for 5-7 seconds.
  3. Pour mixture into a shot glass and add a splash of lemon-lime soda or lemonade.

Notes

To make ahead: If you wish to make a big batch ahead of time, mix the whiskey, schnapps, and sour mix in a jar or pitcher and leave it in the fridge.

When it’s time to serve the shooters, pour 1.5 ounce of the mix in a cocktail shaker – or double or triple the servings since you can make more than one shot at a time – add a few ice cubes and close with a lid. Shake for a few seconds and serve topped with a little lemonade or lemon-lime soda.
