Fight allergy season with this refreshing anti-inflammatory grape, apple and turmeric salad!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup red or green grapes (sliced in half)
  • 1 apple (peeled, cored and sliced bite size)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve cold.
