Creamy Tofu Dressing

A creamy vegan tofu dressing that’s light and tasty.



  • 6 ounces silken tofu (drained)
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons tahini or Japanese sesame paste (neri goma – 練りごま)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate. The dressing will keep for 1 week.


This creamy tofu dressing will keep for up to 1 week, refrigerated.
