Description

A refreshingly sweet, lo-cal and easy-to-drink cantaloupe smoothie.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe (chopped bite size)
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 56 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
