A refreshing and easy-to-drink homemade cantaloupe smoothie.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups cantaloupe,chopped bite size
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk or coconut milk
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

This cantaloupe smoothie will keep refrigerated in a jar or pitcher for up to 2 days.
