- 2 tablespoons red onions (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 3 large tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup mango (peeled, pitted and chopped into small pieces)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients for the fresh salsa into a bowl and mix well.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve cold with tortilla chips.
