This is a bright and fresh salsa recipe that’s medium spicy, tangy and sweet.

- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 2 tablespoons red onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup mango, peeled, pitted and chopped into small pieces
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients: Put all the ingredients for the fresh salsa into a bowl and mix well.
- Let it develop flavor: Let the salsa sit for 20 minutes.
- Season and serve: Season with salt and pepper and serve cold with tortilla chips.
Notes
Keep the salsa refrigerated in an airtight storage container. It will keep for 2-3 days.
