Sauteed Kale with Mustard Sauce

A simple and delicious sauteed kale recipe for a yummy side dish.


  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 bunch kale (ribs removed and finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup milk


  1. In a pan over medium/high heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add white wine, stir well and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add kale, stir well and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add salt and pepper, stir and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Turn off the heat, add milk and dijon mustard and quickly stir until liquid is gone. Serve.
