A simple and delicious sauteed kale recipe for a yummy side dish.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 bunch kale (ribs removed and finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a pan over medium/high heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add white wine, stir well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add kale, stir well and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add salt and pepper, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat, add milk and dijon mustard and quickly stir until liquid is gone. Serve.
