Description
This is a quick, easy and healthy recipe for sauteed green beans with fennel and garlic salt.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 small fennel bulb (fronds and core removed, thinly sliced)
- 5.5 ounce French green beans (ends trimed)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- garlic seasoning (I use Jane’s Krazy Chunky Mixed Up Garlic Seasoning)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring a medium size pot filled with water to boil.
- Add 1 teaspoon sea salt and green beans.
- Boil for 3 minutes, drain and run under cold water. Set aside.
- In a pan over high heat add olive oil, fennel and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add green beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add garlic, cook for one minute and season with garlic salt. Serve.
Notes
This Sauteed Green Beans Recipe will keep refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
