Sashimi with ponzu and chilies

yellowtail and tuna sashimi

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Any raw fish you like (I use tuna and yellowtail)
  • Thai chilies or jalapenos (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon ponzu
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut your fish at a slight angle and put on a plate. Add chilies and dress your fish with the ponzu and sesame oil. Serve cold.
