- 2 pieces Any raw fish you like (I use tuna and yellowtail)
- Thai chilies or jalapenos (thinly sliced)
- 1 tablespoon ponzu
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Cut your fish at a slight angle and put on a plate. Add chilies and dress your fish with the ponzu and sesame oil. Serve cold.
