Yellowtail and tuna sashimi served with thai chilies and ponzu sauce.

- 1/4 pound sashimi grade yellowtail
- 1/4 pound sashimi grade tuna
- 1 Thai chili or jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons ponzu sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- Thinly slice the fish at a slight angle and divide it between 2 serving plates.
- Top with chopped chilis and drizzle with ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Serve immediately.
Notes
If you cannot find yellowtail, you can swap it with salmon or scallops.
