Tangy and spicy, this is chef Morimoto’s delicious avocado dip.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until desired texture.
  2. Serve.

Notes

This avocado dip will keep for up to 3 days, stored in the fridge.
