Description

This green tea apple smoothie is fuel for the skin! Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, this sweet and tart pick me up will transform the way your skin looks and feels!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong green tea (use 23 tea bags)
  • 1 small green apple (peeled, cored and roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 banana (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 1/4 cup silken tofu
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
