Description

Tangy, sweet and silky, this green goddess smoothie will energize you from the first sip!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 3 ounces silken tofu
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk

Instructions

  1. Mix everything: Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
