Description

A delicious and nutritious breakfast you can take to work!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 1 6oz container Morinaga Alove Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped fruit

Instructions

  1. Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk and Alove Yogurt in a bowl and transfer to a jar or food storage container.
  2. Top with fresh fruit and close with an air tight lid.
  3. Leave refrigerated overnight and serve.

Notes

Overnight oats will last 4-5 days in the fridge as long as they are stored in an air tight container. I suggest eating them sooner rather than later because the texture of the oats and fruits will continue to soften as they sit in the container.
