1/4 cup almond milk (or other milk of your choice)
1 6oz container Morinaga Alove Yogurt
1/2 cup chopped fruit
Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk and Alove Yogurt in a bowl and transfer to a jar or food storage container.
Top with fresh fruit and close with an air tight lid.
Leave refrigerated overnight and serve.
Overnight oats will last 4-5 days in the fridge as long as they are stored in an air tight container. I suggest eating them sooner rather than later because the texture of the oats and fruits will continue to soften as they sit in the container.
