Easy Cheesy Potatoes with Soy Sauce

So easy, so quick and SO tasty! These Easy Cheesy Potatoes will become part of your dinner rotation I guarantee it!


  • 2 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped bite size)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 34 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon scallions (chopped)
  • toasted and flavored shredded nori


  1. In a medium size pot, add water, soy sauce and potatoes.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover and cooked for 6-10 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Add parmesan cheese, mix well and top with scallions and shredded nori. Serve.


These easy cheesy potatoes can keep in the fridge for up to four days.
