A delicious and skin cleansing fruit smoothie recipe to add to your daily morning ritual.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced bite size )
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple (chopped bite size)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup soy milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.

Notes

You can make this smoothie ahead of time, it will keep refrigerated overnight.
