Description

Spiced baked potato chips ready in 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes (peeled)
  • extra virgin olive oil (for brushing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 380ºF.
  2. Using a mandolin, slice potatoes into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
  3. Put the potato slices in one layer flat on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, and brush olive oil on both sides of the potato slices.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes one on side and flip them over.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
  6. Mix paprika and salt and sprinkle on the chips while they are still hot. Serve.

Notes

Store these baked potato chips in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 3-4 days.
