Baked potato chips with paprika and salt

A healthier way to enjoy potato chips!




  1. Preheat oven to 380ºF.
  2. Using a mandolin, slice potatoes into 1/8-inch thick pieces.
  3. Put slices in one layer flat on baking sheets.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes one on side and flip them over.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
  6. Mix paprika and salt and sprinkle on the chips while they are still hot. Serve.


Store these baked potato chips in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 3-4 days.
