- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce such as Kikkoman or Yamasa
- 1/4 cup plain rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make the dressing. Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until the ingredients are combined. Or, add the ingredients to a salad dressing shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds, until the ingredients have emulsified.
- Serve. Use immediately or let the dressing sit for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to develop. Use on green salads, grilled or roasted vegetables, or as an easy Asian-style sauce or dipping sauce for noodles, chicken, fish, or tofu.
