Description
Smoky, salty, and nutty green beans, sauteed to perfection.

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 pound green beans, rinsed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried red chilies, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Meanwhile, rinse and cut the ends of each green bean.
- When water is boiling, blanch the green beans for 3 minutes. Drain.
- In a medium size pan, add the vegetable oil, garlic, ginger and dried chilies. Cook for a minute and add green beans.
- Toss and cook for another minute, then add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Toss well, add sesame oil and turn the heat off. Serve.
Notes
Save these green beans in a storage container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
