Description
These Nutella BIscotti Cookies are sweet, crunchy and crumbly! Dip them in milk, coffee or tea for the perfect afternoon snack! This is a very easy and simple recipe you’ll be making again and again!

- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk in Nutella, egg yolks and egg.
- Add dry ingredients and walnuts to the Nutella and egg mix and work the mixture with your hands for about 1 to 2 minutes, until it comes together – it should be a slightly sticky dough ball.
- Divide the dough in half and place them on a piece of parchment paper. Flatten and shape each piece into a rectangular loaf, about 2 inches high.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes and lower heat to 275ºF.
- Slice the loaves into half and inch thick pieces and place the pieces back on the parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Turn the heat off and take the biscotti out of the oven. Let cool to room temperature before eating.
