A fruity sparkling cocktail to celebrate National Cava Day. Cheers everyone!

One 750 ml bottle of Cava
340 ml orange juice
100 ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon palm sugar or granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Cointreau (optional)
Ice cubes
1 1/2 cup sliced fruit (such as kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, oranges)

Instructions

Before starting, make sure your bottle of Cava and juices are chilled in the fridge.
In a pitcher or punch bowl, stir in orange juice, lemon juice and Cointreau.
Stir in sugar and taste. Add an additional tablespoon of sugar if you prefer sweeter.
Add fruit and stir.
Slowly add Segura Viudas Cava and briefly stir. Add a few ice cubes and gently stir. Serve.

Notes

You can also use your favorite fruit for this drink and add it as a flavor enhancer. Just add a few slices to the each glass and serve!
