- 1/2 small to medium cabbage, sliced in half
- 2 tablespoon salt koji
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Turn on the oven. Preheat the oven to 380ºF.
- Prep the baking tray. Cut a piece of aluminum foil long enough fold over the cabbage and create a purse. Put the foil on a baking tray and set aside.
