A kid friendly elbow pasta recipe ready in 4 minutes!
Ingredients

- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 medium carrot (chopped into bite size pieces or flowers)
- 1 pouch Barilla Ready Elbows Pasta
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)
Instructions
- In a large pan over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and cook for 1 minute.
- Add Barila Ready Pasta Elbows, stir and cook for 2-4 minutes, until pasta is golden and heated through.
- Divide the pasta among two bowls and season with salt and pepper. Top with grated parmesan and basil and serve.
