Ingredients

- 1/4 cup kiwi (peeled and sliced bite size )
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple (chopped bite size)
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 3/4 cup soy milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
Notes
You can make this smoothie ahead of time, it will keep refrigerated overnight.
