Perfect for salads or to brighten up any dish, this all purpose vinaigrette is tangy, a little sweet, and fruity. 

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup high quality olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make the vinaigrette: Put the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Or, put the ingredients in a salad dressing shaker and shake until the mixture has emulsified. 
  2. Serve: Use as a salad dressing, dipping sauce, or as a sauce for chilled noodles, fish, tofu, and chicken.
