Sweet And Salty Strawberry Ricotta Bites

Ricotta, fresh strawberries and basil with a touch of honey and balsamic vinegar come together atop a light, crispy and salty gluten free cracker. Addictive!


  • 20 Van’s Simply Delicious® The Perfect 10 Gluten Free Crackers
  • 1/3 cup part-skimmed ricotta cheese
  • 10 strawberries (halved)
  • 10 basil leaves (chopped)
  • balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
  • honey (for drizzling)
  • ground black pepper (for seasoning)


  1. Lay crackers on a serving tray and top each one with about 1 1/2 teaspoon of part-skimmed ricotta cheese.
  2. Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar and top with a piece of basil.
  3. Top with half a strawberry and finish with a drizzle of honey.
  4. Sprinkle a little ground black pepper for a dramatic effect. Serve.
