1/3 cup part-skimmed ricotta cheese
10 strawberries (halved)
10 basil leaves (chopped)
balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
honey (for drizzling)
ground black pepper (for seasoning)
Instructions
Lay crackers on a serving tray and top each one with about 1 1/2 teaspoon of part-skimmed ricotta cheese.
Drizzle a little balsamic vinegar and top with a piece of basil.
Top with half a strawberry and finish with a drizzle of honey.
Sprinkle a little ground black pepper for a dramatic effect. Serve.
