The most romantic thing that has happened to me is when my hubby sent a barbershop quartet to work to serenade me.Thank you!
We were married only 1 month, my husband was rained out at work. He called me at work and told me to be ready for a picnic by the beach when I got home. It was Dec., was 18 degrees outside, and we lived no where by a beach. He had me close my eye, took me to the bedroom & had me change into shorts & a tee (he had the heat up over 80), and, closing my eyes, lead me back into the living room. He had put sand all over a large tarp, places sea shells we collected on our honeymoon around the outside, and had made a picnic lunch, with wine, for us to enjoy…despite the fact it was snowing outside. Loved it!

It would have to be my darling hubby fixing me a culinary treat after a long hard day’s work. I suppose in my head, romance is equal to thoughtful consideration.
First date where the girl asked me out for the second date half way thru dinner.
I’m not really one to care for romantic moments, although I would have to say the he is the sweetest when we manage to get away from the kids and have date nights.
My love bringing me cough medicine, tissues, a magazine and my favorite chocolates when I was very sick with a nasty cold.

My most romantic was strawberry & wine on a picnic.
A first date dinner where my date was a perfect gentlemen (pulling out the chair for me) and he ordered the wine in Italian, told the waitress not to rush so we could take out time and he ordered for me. We shared dessert that night and the whole meal lasted over 2 hrs. Very romantic!

When my husband proposed to me, and the year that led up to it.
My husband isn’t very romantic so when he does something it’s easy to remember those gestures. Once a few years ago for Valentine’s Day he looked up a nice recipe and cooked me a really nice dinner. Flowers and everything. This is rare so it was huge to me! It was really cute how proud of himself he was.
I would say, my wedding was the most romantic!!

After a hard day, my fiancée makes me wonderful dinners and fashions paired drinks. He is always so sweet to me.
As a sceptic, I find non-traditional things way more romantic than what the retailers think is so. For me, the gesture of making the bed with clean sheets, scrapping the snow of the car, an unexpected word of appreciation says it all.
When my then boyfriend said he loved me for the first time 🙂
My wedding was the most romantic day of my life.
Saying I love you! For me that’s a big challenge as I don’t say it that much
The most romantic thing I’ve ever experienced is coming home to a trail of roses and candles that led to a bed of roses, champagne, and strawberries.
To be honest, I’m not sure what the most romantic thing I’ve ever experienced is. I’m not one for grand gestures, so for me, I just like to see couples who are happy, especially if you can tell they’ve been together for a long time.
Meeting my Husband at the airport in San Antonio–he said: “I’m home.” Note: he was talking about being with me…we don’t live in San Antonio 🙂
