- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 2 teaspoons Vitamin C powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water ( or 2–3 ice cubes)
