These bacteria help maintain gut health, digestion and also diminish the incidence of age-related intestinal illness. My favorite brands are Siggi’s and Chobani for their thick, Greek yogurt texture and different types of flavors. Chobani has a banana and dark chocolate flavor which satisfies my sweet cravings!
